At Tierra Hotels, we strive to create a connection between our guests and each destination. Sense of place is at the center of everything we do, including in our Uma Spa.

We believe that adventure should be combined with pure relaxation.

We draw on natural elements in our spas, from treatments and therapies influenced by the environment, to pools and hot tubs facing spectacular, scenic views.

As of September, you can find all new, organic products in our spas as well as in the bathroom amenities in each room.

We’ve partnered up with small local businesses who use natural, native ingredients such as maqui, Chilean hazelnuts, rica rica and papaya, to provide a wellness experience that is truly unique to Chile.

Our Uma Spa concept was born at Tierra Atacama. The name was inspired by the Aymara word for ‘water’, a precious source of life, especially in the desert. Since then, each Tierra property has adapted their own version of these origins.

When taking time out in the Uma Spa, you may find yourself immersed in the soothing waters of an outdoor Jacuzzi, enjoying a gentle swim in one of our indoor heated pools, or perhaps succumbing to total bliss with a full body massage.

All of this will take you to a place of restoration, making our lodges some of the leading boutique spa hotels in Chile, dedicated entirely to helping you relax and disconnect.
