We understand travel planning can be more stressful these days, and we sincerely appreciate the effort you are putting in to stay with us. Here is our latest update, and information to help you plan your next Tierra vacation.
New opening dates
We are currently scheduled to open Tierra Atacama on September 10th, and will be excited to welcome you then!
Tierra Chiloé is due to open on October 7th, and we are now taking bookings for the 21-22 season. We have maintained our rates and have some great promotions available to give you even better value.
We aim to open Tierra Patagonia on November 1st, and are closely monitoring developments and are working with the local, regional and national authorities, in order to be able to deliver accurate information to our future guests.
Health & Safety
We have designed a new standard of hygiene protocols and health and safety measures, designed to keep our staff and guests safe, comfortable and truly cared for, while they enjoy the remoteness and wide-open spaces that surround our hotels. You can find more details here about what to expect for a stay with us in the 2020 – 2021 season.
Plan with confidence
We’ve made planning your next adventure as easy as possible, with a minimal deposit and full flexibility on date changes with no penalty.
We now require only 10% of the value of your stay to guarantee your booking, and the balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. You can cancel any time before the 30 day deadline, and we will refund you in full. Find the full details here.
To ensure the wellbeing and safety of our staff, we are working from home.
