We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well during these complicated times. Now that the Chilean borders have re-opened to welcome tourists to enjoy our abundant nature and wilderness, here is our latest update on the situation, and information to help you plan for a future stay with us.
New opening dates
Our number one priority is the health and safety of our staff and guests, as well as that of the communities surrounding our lodges.
We are currently scheduled to open Tierra Atacama and Tierra Chiloé on December 14th, and will be excited to welcome you then! Depending on developments in Patagonia, we also hope to open on December 14th, but may have to reschedule due to local conditions.
In the meantime, we are closely monitoring developments and are in close contact with the local, regional and national authorities, in order to be able to deliver accurate information to our future guests.
Health & Safety
We have designed a new standard of hygiene protocols and health and safety measures, designed to keep our staff and guests safe, comfortable and truly cared for, while they enjoy the remoteness and wide-open spaces that surround our hotels. You can find more details here about what to expect for a stay with us in the 2020 – 2021 season.
Plan with confidence
We’ve made planning your next adventure as easy as possible, with a minimal deposit and full flexibility on date changes with no penalty.
We now require only 10% of the value of your stay to guarantee your booking, and the balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. You can cancel any time before the 30 day deadline, and we will refund you in full. Find the full details here.
To ensure the wellbeing and safety of our staff, we are working from home.
You can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply to you as soon as we can. Normal office hours are 9am-6pm local time Monday to Friday.
We have a chat feature on our web page, where our team are available for immediate updates during working hours, and our 800 numbers for different countries around the world are still operating with voicemail available when we’re not able to reply immediately
