Tierra Hotels Booking Terms & Conditions

Our guests’ well-being is our top priority – we want you to feel safe and at ease from the start. Which is why at Tierra Hotels, we offer 100% flexible booking policies, which means:

  • You can change your dates of travel up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

  • To confirm your reservation, you only need to pay a 10% deposit of the total of your stay, and the remainder can be paid up to 30 days before you begin your trip.

  1. All reservations should be requested in writing and will be confirmed in the same way.
  2. To guarantee the booking, we require a payment of 10% of the total of the reservation.
  3. Reservations will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  4. The remainder of the total value of the booking should be paid at least 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival date at the hotel.
  5. Any booking that does not comply with these requirements will be subject to cancellation without prior notice by Tierra Hotels.


Our cancellation policies vary depending on the time limits as follows:

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the arrival date: no charge.
  • Cancellations made between 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations made between 6 and 0 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total booking value.
