What’s the easiest way to book or edit a reservation?

Booking is easy on our website! Select your Tierra Hotels destination and dates to find your perfect accommodation. Editing reservations can be done by calling us at +562 6469 0518, or send an email to

Do you offer room service?

All meals are served in the restaurants at their indicated times – if you need room service, we will let you know if it is available at the time you require it.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast times vary between locations.

  • Tierra Patagonia: 6:30 – 10am
  • Tierra Atacama: 7 – 10am
  • Tierra Chiloé: 7 – 10am
What time is lunch?

Lunch times vary between locations.

  • Tierra Patagonia: 1 – 2:30pm
  • Tierra Atacama: 1 – 3pm
  • Tierra Chiloé: 1 – 2:30pm
What time is dinner?

Dinner times vary between locations.

  • Tierra Patagonia: 7 – 10pm
  • Tierra Atacama: 7 – 10pm
  • Tierra Chiloé: 7 – 10pm
Do you offer luggage service?

We have staff available to help you with your bags upon arrival and departure.

Do your rooms have good views?

All of our rooms at Tierra Hotels have amazing views of the surrounding area. Choose from a variety of landscapes and room layouts!

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

Yes, all three of our Tierra Hotels locations have a heated indoor pool. Tierra Atacama and Tierra Chiloé also have outdoor infinity pools.

What cuisine do you serve?

We source as much locally grown produce as possible and celebrate the best of Chilean cuisine by serving regional fare at all Tierra Hotels locations.

Do you have a laundry service?

Yes, laundry service is available in all three of our hotels.

What language does the staff speak?

Most of our staff at Tierra Hotels speak both English and Spanish. Part of our staff speaks Portuguese, and some of our guides also offer fluent service in German and French.

Do you offer airport pickup/dropoff?

Scheduled transfers are included in the rate to and from the nearest airport. Times are available upon request.

Do you allow children?

Children over the age of 10 are more than welcome at all Tierra Hotels locations!

Do you offer accessible rooms?

We welcome guests who need accessible facilities, and the hotels are generally easy to navigate. Please note that we don’t have any vehicles that are adapted for accessibility.

Do you have a fitness center?

We have spaces available in our spas with equipment such as yoga mats, pilates balls, and bands for resistance work – however, there are no fitness machines.
