Important: We kindly request that you fill out the list personally, otherwise, our count must be accepted as correct.The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables left in pockets or attached to garments.Please note that while we will take every precaution with your garments, we will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur, including but not limited to shrinking, lost or broken buttons, damaged zippers, etc.
Items received before 11:00 am will be returned the following morning.
Items received after 11:00 am will be returned the day after.

– Guests who are non-residents in Chile and travelling under a foreign passport who pay in US dollars are exempt from paying this tax.
Our laundry takes place in industrial machines, and we may not accept certain delicate garments that could be damaged.
The laundry service with delivery the same day is free and subject to availability and delivery times of the garments. If required, please check with the hotel staff to confirm that it is possible.
